Our reputation relies on providing top-notch customer service so the most important qualities for success as a Plum Bottom employee are a positive outlook and someone who handles a fast-paced environment well. Our ideal staff member would have a flexible weekday schedule and must be available 3-4 weekend days a month.  This person would be available to work in either Harrisburg or Camp Hill store, though scheduling preference to one location can be considered. While previous retail experience is not required, the ability to work well with customers and staff as well as basic computer skills are a must. Working at Plum Bottom can be a physically demanding job (we get lots of steps in every day!) so it's best for those who are good with standing & walking for long periods of time as well as being able to lift up to 20lbs.  We are welcoming serious applicants who would want to be long-time partners, not just for the season.
